Onguma Bush Camp consists of 3 twin bedded thatched bungalows, 3 twin bedded rooms and 1 family unit with 4 beds as well as 2 single tour guide rooms.
There is a swimming pool and a thatched bar, lounge and dining area that overlooks a waterhole.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES:

Onguma Tented Camp is situated around a waterhole and consists of 7 luxury tents, each overlooking the waterhole. The main complex, also overlooking the waterhole, includes a reception area, lounge and dining room as well as a rim flow swimming pool.

ADDITIONAL MEALS:

Lunch - N$ 105.00 per person nett

PLEASE NOTE:

Full board and fully inclusive starts with lunch on day of arrival unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Each campsite has its own shower, toilet and power point. One bundle of firewood is provided. The campsite is serviced on a daily basis.

PLEASE NOTE:

The facilities of Onguma Bush Camp are available to camping guests. Meals need to be booked at the reception well in advance.
Onguma Camp site is fenced in. Adult supervision of children is required at all times.
Campsites not taken up by 17h00 will be released should other campers arrive and request a campsite.
The camping guests are advised to bring along their own foodstuffs.

4. ONGUMA TREE TOP CAMP

Onguma Plains Camp consists of a fort style main complex on 2 levels, 12 bush suites and 1 fort suite on the upper level of the main complex, all overlooking Fisher`s Pan. In the main complex there is a lounge, 2 dining rooms, a conference room, an events hall, a tower bar as well as a swimming pool.

GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL ACCOMMODATION:

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Please advise the booking office of any special dietary requirements, time of arrival at the lodge, estimated arrival and departure times if guests are flying in to Mokuti airstrip.

CHECK IN / OUT POLICY:

Check-in time is from 13h00, and check out time is 10h00 for the convenience of the arriving guests. Earlier check in time, if requested, will be considered subject to availability of rooms. In all instances expected time of arrival must be advised.

GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All bookings, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing.
All written bookings, amendments and cancellations will be valid once we confirm in writing.
STO rates are only valid if a registered agent/tour operator does the booking and payment.
Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days and will be automatically released where no written confirmation or cancellation is received.
Provisional bookings made within the cancellation period will be held for a period of 24 hours and will be automatically released where no written confirmation or cancellation is received.

Reservations by Agents/Tour Operators that are paid directly at the camp:

If guests make payment direct, a 10% commission will be paid only after we have received payment from the guest.
The Agent/tour operator has to send an original commission invoice before commission will be paid out.
In order to secure or confirm a booking a valid credit card number has to be provided. Credit cards accepted are: Master Card, Visa, American Express and Diners Club

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event of a confirmed booking not being cancelled or amended in writing, the following cancellation policy will apply:

0 - 7 days prior to arrival - 100%
8 - 14 days prior to arrival - 50%
15 - 30 days prior to arrival - 25%

BLOCK / GROUP BOOKING PROCEDURE:

Bookings of more than 3 rooms (including guide room) will be viewed as a group booking.
Block / group bookings must be confirmed with a rooming list stating names 60 days before the travel date.
Upon confirmation a 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid.
Any room/s not confirmed and paid for (deposit) will be lost and can be booked subject to availability at a later stage on a first come first serve basis.

BLOCK / GROUP BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY:

If a block / group booking or part thereof is cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival, such a cancellation will be acknowledged and confirmed.
If a block / group booking or part thereof is cancelled between 30 - 60 days prior to arrival, a 25% cancellation fee on the entire booking will be levied.
If a block / group booking or part thereof is cancelled within 30 days a 50% cancellation fee will be levied as a 30 day release period (or less) makes it quite impossible to fill our beds and losses are unacceptable.
31 - 60 days prior to arrival - 25%
8 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50%
0 - 7 days prior to arrival - 100%

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Companies and Tours Operators without contracts - Payment of the full accommodation account is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Tour Operators with contracts - Payment of the full accommodation account is due at the end of the month in which the accommodation took place.
